With over 7 years experience in Sports Massage, you're in great hands. Whether you're a regular gym goer, work at a desk, or suffer from migraines, Sports Massage is suitable for everyone. I'm on hand to assess any injuries or misalignments you may have and provide a treatment plan to get you back to your best self.
With an extensive knowledge in massage techniques, I am happy to be able to offer both group, and one to one baby massage sessions in and around Aylesbury, Bucks.
I know that Personal Training isn't for everyone. For that reason I also have a weekly timetable of group exercise classes, as well as offering small group Personal Training to enable you to spread the cost with a group of friends/family.
